Position Duties:
- Analyst owns and manages a portfolio of corporate clients, serving as primary client contact during system implementation, supporting and managing the ongoing relationship. This person will work with clients to understand their business requirements and drive the implementation process.
Required Qualifications:
Skill:
- Candidates should have proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, or at a minimum, an aptitude or interest in quantitative analysis. Interpersonally, a qualified candidate will be skilled in conflict resolution, have strong team building skills, an ability to interact with all levels of management, skill in relationship development/management, and strong oral presentation and written communication skills.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer relations, including years experience as a field project or client support with both internal and end-client interaction in HR area is preferred.
Education:
- BS/BA or equivalent required in a soft-scientific field (Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Management, Quantitative Methods, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, System Engineering, etc.).
