Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields
• At least 6 years experience in IT application developments, 3-5 years in project management
• Strong in user requirements gathering, project management and parallel project management
• Strong in Project Estimation, Change Management and People Management
• Experience in Banking and Finance Business Industry
• Excellent Leadership, Service Mind, Negotiation, Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Interpersonal, Coordination, Collaboration and Communication skills
• Good command of English written & spoken
Business analyst (BA) 5 Positions
Qualifications:
• At least 4 years experience in business analyst and design for software development and testing.
• Able to communicate in English and presentation skills and to work in a dynamic environment, which requires greater flexibility and adaptability.
• Business Background in Banking Environment.
