| IT Director Retail systems |
To work with business users, improves business processes, solves system problems, and investigates and introduces new technologies to meet their current and anticipated needs. Develop and prioritize project portfolio for the Minor Fashion and Cosmetics Retail operation. Ensure IT support commitments are delivered to these customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or higher degree in business, finance, computer science or equivalent is required
- At least 8 years of experience in business systems analysis and project management
- Experience within a relevant company is advantage
- Strong consulting and organizational skills
- Good human relation skills to effectively interact with personnel throughout the Information Technology and customer departments
- Deep knowledge of Retail systems including Merchandising and Point of Sale systems is required
- Experience with CRM and Loyalty systems and processes and on-line shopping is desirable
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
