Responsibilities:

• Establish Tax Processing Policy, workflow and manual
   
• Be responsible for complete, accurate and timely preparing and submitting all related tax with in time lines;
   
• Be responsible for complete reconciling between all tax related accounts (GL) with tax forms at submission timelines
   
• Develop, summarize and report tax information derived from all sources including but not limited to payroll, purchasing for each properties (tax check list)
   
• Reconcile Vat Suspense and clear Vat Suspense timely
   
• Provide first support on tax audit, coordinate the progress, track status and update management regularly
   
• Retain all related tax documents safely and securely, and remain easily accessible and usable for as long as required to meet law, regulatory and business requirements
   
• Coordinate with SSC – Finance for related tax payment
   
• Provide the required information to internal and external auditors

Qualifications:

• Male / Female, age not over 40 years old
   
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting (CPA is a plus)
   
• At least 8 years in accounting with 3 years in managerial level
   
• Good commands of spoken and written English and computer literacy
   
• Ability of analytical skills, strong communication and presentation skills
   
• Be self – motivated, a strong team player and enable to work under pressure
