To work with business users, improves business processes, solves system problems, and investigates and introduces new technologies to meet their current and anticipated needs. Develop and prioritize project portfolio for the Minor Shared Service functions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or higher degree in business, finance, computer science or equivalent is required
- At least 8 years of experience in business systems analysis and project management
- Experience within a relevant company is advantage
- Strong consulting and organizational skills
- Good human relation skills to effectively interact with personnel throughout the Information Technology and customer departments
- Deep knowledge of Financial systems and processes is required preferably based on Oracle Enterprise Business Suite
- Good Knowledge of HR processes and systems would be a distinct advantage
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
