| Customer Relations Executive |
Qualifications:
- Maae / Female, age not over 28 years.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Hospitality or related field
- At least 1 year of professional experience of CRM in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
- Excellent of written and spoken in English.
- Mature personality, well organized and hard working style
- Good at problem solving, quick to respond and able to work outside when needs
Responsibility:
- Resolves customer requests, operations and complaint frequently by a variety of means either in person; by telephone, email or regular mail correspondence or fax
- Serves as liaison between the customers and various departments
- Provides information, processes complaint and prepare case report
- Changes or updated to a customer’s profile or account information
- Knowledge of facility rules, regulations
- Clerical duties including telephone reception and filing complaint spread sheets
- Completion of all administrative paper work during schedule shift
- Knowledge of procedures in emergency situations
- Manage customer services staff in answering customer inquires on our services and complaints to achieve ultimate target with the correct way.
- Position require the flexibility to work days, nights, weekends
