Job summary:

• Responsible for Production, New Product Development and one or more other major plant department.

• Male or female age over 35 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferable in Engineering or Material Sciences.
• At least 8 years management experiences in manufacturing especially in assembly line with labor intensive environment.
• Knowledge of Machine Shop, Product Costing, Incentive, Routing and Standard time set up will be an advantage.
• Must have good command of spoken and written English and computer literacy with Problem analysis and solving skill.
• Proactive, well organize, strong leadership, smart working, people oriented with pleasant personality and good human relations.
