Thailand YellowPages is now expanding its vertical products into some new target markets; consumer. The company has launched some City YellowPages in Nonthaburi, Pathumthani, Samutprakarn and scheduled for provincial city YellowPages in Chonburi, Songkhla, and Nakorn Ratchasima. The main consumer product will be City YellowPages in metro Bangkok. Moreover, the online and voice business has been developed to its fullest capacity in directory search.
The Database Management Manager will report to the Marketing and Business development Director and will be responsible for all database acquisition and cleansing plans and execution, co-operating between MIS specialist, information system, online, voice business, business development, marketing, and related parties. He/She needs to get the business requirement from the user and than study the existing data and manipulate them into appropriate format for the users. Roles will include liaison with clients on their requirements and satisfaction. |

Job Description:
- Thai national, age 30 to early 40s
- A Bachelor’s Degree in related field; A Marketing, MIS or MBA would be an advantage.
- Demonstrate passion and initiative and possess good leadership and communication skills, plus the ability to organize and manage a team capable of increasing sales on an annual basis.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate with Sales, Production Section, Online and Accounting Section to ensure efficiency of business process i.e. selling, delivery.
- QC for Date entry, sorting, editing and upkeep of contact information.
- Ongoing Interaction Data Change Management operation.
- Customers list generation and maintenance.
- Database review and research to determine accuracy and effectiveness.
- Database structure maintenance, including custom fields and field lists.
- Database user support, troubleshooting, setup, and training.
- Monitor consumer marketing contact information and manage the marketing campaign
- Project status report generation, provided to the Communication Team
- Customer database support and maintenance, including generation of invitation lists, company profiles, and reports.
- Facilitate the coordination of project reviews with various Client Departments(online, sales, production, IS) to insure integration.
- Regular and predictable attendance an essential function of the job.
