Responsibilities;
- Partnering with the AO Leader in building as well as implementing AO's systematic and effective sales personnel management capabilities
- Delivering recruitment / selection / training as well as taking special assignment as required
- Building and unleasing the team members' will and skills in driving the partnership approach towards the concerned parties
Qualifications;
- Bachalor's Degree in Psychology, Politics and related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in HR function
- Sound knowledge and understanding on the contemporary people management, particularly on performance driving
- Strategic thinking, process development, implementation abilities
- Good interpersonal interaction, communication
- Fluent in MS Office
