Responsibilities:
Being a part of strategic HR team for the group of companies who responsible for;
· HR Process and Structure : covering all aspects of HR Strategy, HR Process design, HR Service Delivery System (Organization Design, Talent Management, Recruitment & Selection System, Employee Learning System, Organization Culture, and HR Technology)
· Compensation and Performance Management : design, delivery and optimization of solutions in Compensation & Performance Management, and Rewarding System
· Change Management: facilitate change within complex organizations, including the ability to follow-up change management strategies, and to operate/interact with project, program and business leaders
Requirements:
· Degree in HRM/Psychology/Management or related fields, a Masters in HRM,OD,I/O Psychology would be an added advantage
· Minimum of 3 years experience in HRM/HRD/OD with wide-range of knowledge and skills in HRD/OD concepts and tools
· Team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
· Energetic, dynamic, eager to learn, and high task follow-up skills
· Must be able to collaborate with people at all levels with a diverse group of individuals and personalities
· Must have the ability to move and work flexibly and quickly between various tasks/projects
· Very good command of English and MS Office literacy
