• Prepare annual sales budget and sales target
• Plan and control product inventory to ensure it meets sales demand with appropriate stock coverage
• Develop marketing plan, programs and strategies.  Implement, co-ordinate implementation, and evaluate result of such programs
• Review product cost, competitive prices, and prepare price structure
• Prepare trade promotion planning and deal with clients in implementing the plan
• Prepare purchase orders to principals and suppliers
• Assist in new product development process with principals and suppliers
• Assist in conducting marketing research and consumer product testing
• Analyze market information and competitive activities and recommend new marketing programs and strategies
• Deal with advertising agencies, review and recommend advertising and promotion programs
• Maintain good relationship with current and new principals.  Provide them business strategy, goals, and plans of the division
• Review Annual Sales Report, Market Report, and Stock Report
• Prepare marketing reports such as Sales Report, Sales Forecasting, and New Product Development Report
• Direct sales team to achieve sales volume an profit objective of brands under responsibility

 Qualification:

• Male /Female  age between 28-35 years old

• Bachelor’s degree  or higher of Marketing/ Business Administration or any related field

• Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing and Trade Marketing and 3 years in management level of consumer Products Company.

• PC literate and Good command in English both speaking and writing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good planning, analytical and problem solving skills
• An outgoing, teamwork, self motivated with creative and organized personality
