Responsibilities
Handle all secretarial and administrative work, responsible for incoming and outgoing documents and reports, check the correctness of documents for signature, take note and prepare minutes of meeting, prepare presentation on Power Point and also arrange meetings and appointments.
Qualifications
- Female, age 24-35 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration or any related field.
- At least 2 years experience in Secretary.
- Very organized.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Ability to use personal computer.
- Full service mind.
